ABOUT NOBUO FUKUDA
Born and raised in Tokyo, Fukuda is a 30-year award winning Arizona chef honoring Japanese traditions as he breaks them with a twist. A “Chef to Watch" by John Mariani of Esquire; named among "Best New Chefs of 2003" Food & Wine Magazine. At Teeter House, Nobuo elevates (sometimes re-invents) Japanese cuisine, offering wildly inventive omakase for which he's famous.
